1. What payment methods do you support?

Our Online shop support Paypal, and almost all creidt cards, also the bank transfer is workable, if you do not find the suitable payment gate, please you can click the "More Payment Method" in the checkout page, you will find much more payment ways and also you can pay with your local currency.

2. Is the laser engraver safe to use at home or around children/pets?

Yes. Most of our laser machine is FDA Class 1 certified and features a fully enclosed design of laser output to ensure maximum safety during operation. It’s suitable for use in home environments, schools, or studios with pets and children.

3. Do I need to install software to use the machine?

Yes. you can use our custom-developed software and other provided apps. Our products are workable with LightBurn, for more information, please you can refer to Software Page.  

4. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. After shipment, delivery time depends on your country and chosen shipping method (usually 7–30 days).

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track via website: https://carverall.com/apps/parcelpanel

6. What if my product is damaged or not working properly?

We offer a 1-year warranty and 30-day return or exchange policy. Please contact us with photos or videos of the issue, and we will provide repair, replacement, or refund solutions.

7. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Most of our machines are stocked in warehouses located in the United States and the European Union. In most cases, customer orders will be shipped from the nearest regional warehouse. Therefore, customers located in the United States and EU member states generally do not need to pay customs duties when purchasing a machine.
For orders from other countries, shipments will usually be dispatched from our warehouse in China. In such cases, customs duties and any related import taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock in our U.S. or EU warehouses, the order may also be shipped from China. Under these circumstances, customers in EU countries may be required to pay the applicable customs duties. Please rest assured that we will contact you in advance to discuss any potential tax issues before the order is shipped.
In most cases, we declare a lower value for the shipment. If you have any specific requirements regarding the declared value, please make sure to contact us before the goods are dispatched.
