Carverall G6 5W UV Laser Engraver for Glass, Crystal, Metal & Seals

The Carverall G6 is a 5W, 355 nm UV laser engraver. Its fine laser spot and low-heat marking process make it well suited to detailed logos, text, QR codes and graphics on heat-sensitive or delicate materials.

The G6 can process glass, crystal, acrylic, wood, metal, leather, plastic, rubber, silicone, ceramic and other compatible materials. The final color and contrast depend on the material composition, surface finish and selected settings, so a small test is recommended.

Yes. The 355 nm UV wavelength is suitable for surface marking on many glass, crystal and transparent-material applications. Results vary by material formulation and thickness, so test the exact workpiece before production.

The standard processing area is 150 × 150 mm (5.9 × 5.9 in). This size is suitable for jewelry, electronic components, gifts, small signs, product labels and batch marking.

The maximum working speed is up to 10,000 mm/s. Its specified laser spot size is approximately 0.0019 mm, with XY positioning accuracy of ±0.001 mm. Actual results also depend on the artwork, material, focus and parameter settings.

The G6 supports a maximum Z height of up to 350 mm, providing room for taller or irregular workpieces. Always confirm that the item is stable and that the correct focal distance can be achieved.

The G6 can perform limited cutting on compatible materials. Based on test conditions, it can process basswood up to 8 mm, acrylic up to 6 mm and stainless steel up to 0.6 mm using multiple passes. Performance varies significantly with material composition, color, focus and settings. These figures are test references rather than guaranteed single-pass results.

The G6 includes BsApp Simple and connects to the computer through a USB cable. LightBurn is not included with this model. Please use the supplied software and installation resources for initial setup.

The G6 uses manual focus. Position the workpiece securely, adjust the machine to the specified focal distance, and run a low-power framing or material test before starting the final job.

Yes. The G6 supports an optional rotary axis for compatible cylindrical objects and can also work with an external foot pedal for a more efficient marking workflow. Confirm accessory compatibility before ordering.

The G6 uses air cooling, so it does not require an external water chiller. Keep the ventilation openings clean, remove dust regularly, protect the field lens from contamination and operate the machine in a dry, well-ventilated environment between 5–35°C (41–95°F).

The applicable supply is 110–120V / 60Hz for North America and 220–240V / 50Hz for the EU, UK and Australia. The overall rated power is 400W. Select the correct regional version when ordering.

The machine measures approximately 29 × 50 × 54.5 cm and weighs about 15.6 kg. The packaged dimensions are approximately 75 × 55 × 40 cm, with a gross weight of about 23 kg. Use a stable workbench and leave sufficient space for ventilation and material positioning.

The specified service life is approximately 20,000 hours under suitable operating conditions. The G6 is covered by a 36-month warranty. Warranty coverage is subject to Carverall’s applicable warranty terms and exclusions.
